Just wondering if anyone is running EBC's on thier bike and what they think of them? I ordered a set and they are being shipped in, but I have never used them before.

Sorry can't help you. Don't know a thing about them, I guess it's research time.

I see by the reviews that they have 3 grades of pad, all are highly rated by users, checked with some folks at another forum I frequent most folks rate them high, They also stated that they may seem noisier than OEM.

kewl, got the complete set, both sides on the front and the one of the back for $100 shipped to me. Seeing most of the stealerships around wanted $90 a side for the front I was worried that I might just be getting crap breaks. The ones I grabbed were the stintered ones, the site said thats what usually comes on the stock bike so I figured that would be my best bet.

EBC HH Sintered is what I use on my FZR race bike. They make alot of noise (that's the sintered part) but they stop really well and are resistant to heat deterioration.
I'd reccommend them.

kewl thats what I actully got. By noise I assume that you mean the squeal a bit when you go to stop? or do they rattle or something?

found a guy on Ebay and figured I would give him a try, wrote an email asking if he could list the 2 items together so that I could order them. Awesome guy, shot me an invoice right to my email with an ever better discount then what he had on ebay, and I recieved them in 7 days. Will be buying everything I can from him from now on. When I get home (still in Halifax right now) I will get his name out of my email and post it up.
EDIT: Found it in my hotmail:

Naw, the noise that I was talking about was a "hiss" that they make when you apply the brakes. All brakes kind of make them but the sintered pads are louder.
